Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products, therefore, we personally  inspect each order that goes out and gurarantee that all perishable items are in good, viable condition.  However, some things happen out of our control. If you receive anything that is damaged or in substandard condition, please reach out to us at info@kissmegarlic.com within 3 business days so we can address your issue.  Include pictures of any damage. We will review your request and if warranted, process a full credit back to your payment method. Thank you for your understanding!

Perishable Items

We cannot refund any perishable items such as garlic beyond the 3 days because we have no way of knowing if they arrived in substandard condition or were improperly stored upon arriving.
